Our beliefs are based on the Bible and its principles, centered on Jesus Christ. Our mission is to lead people to honor and glorify God while making disciples to help change lives and impact communities for the Glory of God. This means we’re not just a brick-and-mortar building but an active church with people here to serve others from all backgrounds and generations, following Christ's ways. We invite you to come and check us out this weekend during our worship service or catch us during midweek Bible study. If you’re new to the scene, we know that going to a new church can be intimidating, so we try to do things in a way where you’ll feel welcome and not like an outsider. When you come, come as you are. You can participate or just sit back, enjoy the presence of God and worship. You’ll discover a joyous and warm atmosphere, practical teaching from God's Word and many friendly people pursuing God together.  God made a promise in the Bible that "if we look for Him wholeheartedly, we’ll find Him," Jeremiah 29:13. You are a valued part of God’s creation, and his deep desire is to be in a relationship with you.  So come and join us as we pursue God together!

Faith

We believe in the love of God and that God’s son, Jesus Christ died for our salvation. He now lives for us to continue share the gospel, help change lives with His truth and through the power of the Holy Spirit, live beyond this world’s culture in purpose!

Family

We value the family, and we believe church should be a place for people of all ages

and generations. We are all children of God and family in Christ. Have children? Join our childcare and classes for ages 3-11, your family will love it too!  Every Sunday we provide children's ministries alongside our regular services, which provides an age-appropriate environment for kids and young adults to encounter Jesus and learn His ways. 

Leadership

From our Sr. Pastor Dr., D. Dillard, Assistant Pastors Drs. Luther and Kim Hampton, and Minister Patrice Dillard-Wilson and our entire ministerial staff, we welcome you and trust that God has great things in store for you! LCWC is guided by prayer and a leadership team who help provide direction and watch over the spiritual needs of the church. Our ordained Pastors and Ministers help also provide sound, practical biblical teachings. They have received theological and ministerial training as well and are equipped to share God's love and gospel with our local communities. We are blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will.
